American United EB-5 Regional Center (AURC) is a designated EB-5 Regional Center approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). AURC is proud to be the first EB-5 Regional Center approved in the state of Oregon in June 2011, and has since expanded its designated geographic operations to the entire west coast covering Oregon, Washington and California. AURC is operated by American United Development Group, a well established investment management company based in Portland, Oregon. We source and fund financially sound investment projects that are eligible for the EB-5 program. Successful EB-5 projects create sufficient jobs and stimulate economic growth for the local communities.
Qualified investors have the opportunity to obtain permanent resident status in the U.S. by investing in the projects through the EB-5 program. The EB-5 program also provides unique opportunities for entrepreneurs to fund their projects. Prosper Portland (formerly Portland Development Commission)
In 2012 AURC was the exclusive and only EB-5 partner of the Portland Development Commission (currently Prosper Portland), the economic and development arm of the City of Portland, Oregon. The partnership included priority review of projects and assistance with Targeted Employment Area approvals. AURC was proud to be a partner of this well regarded public agency.

AURC utilizes a systematic approach to manage investor capital, always mindful of the priority of a successful immigration process. In collaboration with our partners, we closely monitor and maintain healthy development of the project and full compliance with the EB-5 requirements and regulations and securities laws. Key points of the systematic approach include:
- Strict fund disbursement procedures in conformity with qualified fund use and investors’ immigration application
- Regular site visits and review of project financial performance and address issues in a timely manner to keep the business plan on track and ensure sufficient jobs are created as required by the EB-5 program
- Stay informed of new regulatory developments of the EB-5 program, remain in full compliance with the EB-5 program including Regional Center operations
AURC sources investment opportunities in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) eligible for the EB-5 program in the states of Oregon, Washington and California.
